The Little Match Girl

Based on the classic Hans Christian Andersen this animated story in wintry streets packed with shoppers, in preparation for New Year’s Eve. But no one is interested in buying the matches offered by the little girl. Trying to avoid the cold she lights her matches for what little warmth they can provide. The visions that she sees in their flickering flames warm her spirit, even as the brutal cold of night destroys her body.
